Independent shoots, commercials and still shoot rates are negotiated based on time and areas of use.

The following is the rate structure for filming feature films or television shows at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa:

$21.00/hr. per officer

Filming in areas that effect operations of the Casino, or close an area that would otherwise be open, would be charged at a rate of $15,000 per hour after 5:00pm.

Should meeting space be required to hold cast, crew, costumes, make-up, extras, etc., would be charged at $2,500 per shoot day per room.

Special rates for Hotel rooms and suites are available for cast and crew.

Special pricing would be offered for meals, beverage stations, snacks etc., based on the amount required. Ordering of such items must be done at least one day prior to the event. We understand filming schedules, and can be flexible with times, to a point. More details as to the costs of food and beverage and timing of such functions can be discussed as we move closer to the film shoot.

All food and beverage must be purchased from MCRS. Outside vendors, caterers etc., are not permitted under our Health Permit and Policy.

Special arrangements can be made for private aircraft and helicopter landing, with door to door limousine service.
